Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened on 22 May 2019 the following special resolution and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Allen (IP No. 008740) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Suite A, 7th Floor, City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham, NG1 5FS and Steven Law (IP No. 8727) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Abbotsgate House, Hollow Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32 7FA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that they are to act jointly and severally."
