A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of The Old Chapel, Ancora, Monkleigh, Bideford, Devon EX39 5JS presented on 25 February 2021 by SAINT-GOBAIN BUILDING DISTRIBUTION LIMITED t/a Jewson, R/O Saint-Gobain House, East Leake, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE12 6JU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts in Birmingham, Insolvency and Companies (CHD), Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS on 11 October 2021 at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner and/or his solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.15 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 by 16.00 hours on Friday 8 October 2021.
