Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the above named Company is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator by way of a physical meeting. The meeting will be held on 14 December 2018 at 12.00 noon. at Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY. As a result of the requirement to hold this physical meeting the original decision procedure is superseded. The Convenor, has discretion to permit remote attendance (meaning attending and being able to participate in the meeting without being in the place where it is being held) if such a request is received in advance of the meeting.

David Rubin (IP No. 2591), of DRP, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE is a person qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company who will, during the period before the decision date, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require. A creditor may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose decisions at the meeting. A proxy for a specific meeting must be delivered to the Chair before the meeting. Proxies should be delivered to David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, Creditors must lodge their Proof of Debt of their claim at the offices of DRP not later than 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting date.
