1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Ronan Anthony Duffy of McCambridge Duffy, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry BT48 0LD be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of its voluntarily winding up.
