At a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at Wilson Field Ltd, The Manor House, Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS on 13 July 2017, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Fiona Grant (IP No. 9444) and Gemma Louise Roberts (IP No. 9701) both of Wilson Field Ltd, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
