“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Paul Michael Davis (IP No. 7805) and Fred Satow (IP No. 8326) both of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
