A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered number 10033893) of Kea Building 1, North Mersey Business Centre Woodward Road, Knowsley Industrial Park, Liverpool, England, L33 7UY whose nature of business is groundworks, civil engineering, redevelopments, driveways, footpaths and any other aspect of construction presented on Wednesday 21 September 2022 by WASTEAWAY NATIONWIDE LIMITED, of 1 Derby Road, Eastwood, Nottingham, NG16 3PA claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, the Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 2 November 2022, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
