"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Pinder (IP No. 19470) and Alex Cadwallader (IP No. 9501) both of Leonard Curtis, 5th Floor, Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, London, NW1 6BB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
