Pursuant to Section 283 of the Companies Act 2006, the following written resolutions were passed on 19 January 2021 as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen Katz (IP No. 8681) and David Rubin (IP No. 2591) both of David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up and the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally in the exercising of any and all functions exercisable by a Liquidator appointed under the Insolvency Act 1986.”
