A Petition to wind up the above-named company of CONCEPT TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED (11824055) of Expo House, Mead Lane, Hertford SG13 7AP, And Expo House, Mead Lane, Hertford SG13 7AP (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is engineering activities, presented on Friday 24 January 2020, at 10:00 by MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC EUROPE B.V., of Travellers Lane, Hatfield AL10 8XB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE, BUSINESS AND PROPERTY COURTS OF ENGLAND AND WALES, INSOLVENCY AND COMPANY LIST (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 11 March 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
