“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and David John Watchorn (IP No. 8686) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 14 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
