At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 11.00 am on 6 February 2018 at 2 Effingham Road, Reigate, Surrey the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Nicholas W Nicholson (IP No 9624} and Dominic Dumville (IP No 17890) of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex, IG 10 4PL be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately.
