and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986,

A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Concept Construction (Hull) Limited (09900896) of Willerby Carr Farm, Swine Bank, Hull HU5 5QF, whose nature of business is 41202-construction of domestic buildings; 41100-development of building projects; 43390-other building completion and finishing; 41201-construction of commercial buildings; 43290-other construction installation and also the other objects as stated in the Memorandum of Assocation of the Company, presented on Friday 20 September 2019, at 10:30 by M.K.M. BUILDING SUPPLIES LIMITED, of Stoneferry Road, Hull HU8 8DE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 12 November 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 10:30 hours on Monday 11 November 2019
