At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 20 East Parade, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD1 5HD on 13 March 2019 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Catherine Lee-Baggaley (IP No. 9534) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) both of Wilkin Chapman Silke Limited t/a Silke & Co, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them.”
