“That the Company be wound up voluntarily”; and

“That Daniel Richardson and Edward M Avery-Gee of CG & Co. Greg’s Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”; and

“That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation”.
