Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 9 September 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rob Coad (IP No. 11010) and Sam Talby (IP No. 9404) both of South West and Wales Business Recovery, Orchard Street Business Centre, 13-14 Orchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5EH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."
