Notice is hereby given that on 7 August 2019, Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Dunfermline Sheriff Court by Complete Fireplaces Limited, Company Number SC482559 and having its registered office at Unit 2, 15 Pitreavie Court, Pitreavie Business Park, Dunfermline, KY11 8UU be wound up by the court and that Jennifer Stewart and Donald McNaught, Insolvency Practitioners, Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND be appointed Joint Interim Liquidators; and which Petition, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 16 August 2019 ordained any persons with the intent to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Dunfermline Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
