"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Elliott (IP No. 8595) of Moore Stephens LLP, Victory House, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company."
