Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 24 April 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James David Robinson (IP No. 16092) and Paul Howard Finn (IP No. 5367) both of Finn Associates , Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

Note: Creditors are advised that Farmstead Limited, the parent Company to Company M Limited, is still active and retains the benefit of the intellectual property and trading style.
