Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QG on 31 July 2019 the following special resolution and ordinary resolution was passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Dounis and Steven Philip Ross, both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG, (IP Nos. 9708 and 9503) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
