At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of FRP Advisory LLP, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD on 20 December 2018 at 12.00 noon, the following resolutions were duly passed; as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."

At the subsequent meeting held on 20 December 2018, the Creditors confirmed the appointment of Julie Anne Palmer and Stephen Mark Powell.
