This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Administrators of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Steven John Parker and Trevor John Binyon, of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, Euston, London, NW1 2DX.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Joint Administrators' Statement of Proposals. 2. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee. 3. The approval of the Joint Administrators' fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs. 4. The timing of the Joint Administrators' discharge.

This virtual meeting will be recorded by audio in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded.
