A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Commercial Foods Limited (09852281) of Unit 12, Springfield Estate, Oldbury, West Midlands B69 4HH UK, Freshford House, Redcliffe Way, Bristol BS1 6NL (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 10890 - Manufacture of other food products not elsewhere classified 46380 - Wholesale of other food, including fish, crustaceans and molluscs, presented on Tuesday 30 June 2020, at 11:21 by MR JEETINDER CHALL, of 4 Shardlow Road, Wolverhampton WV11 3AY claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Bristol County Court, 2 Redcliff Street, Bristol BS1 6GR on Thursday 01 October 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
