“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kenneth Robert Craig and Kenneth Wilson Pattullo, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow G1 2PP, (IP Nos. 8584 and 8368) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they act jointly and severally.”
