A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at International House 109-111 Fulham Palace Road, London, W6 8JA, presented on 30 July 2024, by GRENKE LEASING LIMITED, 2 London Square, Cross Lanes, Guildford, GU1 1UN, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Chancery Division, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 11 September 2024 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
