Notice is hereby given that by Interlocutor of Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 23 November 2018, we, Kenneth R Craig (IP No. 008584) and Kenneth Pattullo (IP No. 008368), of Begbies Traynor, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL were appointed Interim Liquidators of Comas. The first meeting in the Liquidation, called in terms of Section 138(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in accordance with Rule 4.12 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, will be held at Begbies Traynor, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, on 19 December 2018, at 11.00 am for the purpose of choosing a Liquidator, appointing a Liquidation Committee and considering the other resolutions specified in Rule 4.12(3) of the aforementioned Rules. Creditors whose claims are unsecured are entitled to attend and vote in person or by proxy providing that their claims and proxies have been submitted and accepted in whole or in part at the meeting or lodged beforehand at my office. A resolution will be passed when a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of commencement of the Liquidation is 23 February 2019.
