Notice is hereby given that on 2nd November 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Fiona Morrison, Neil Bannerman, Ali Coltman, Karen Stevenson, Suzanne Stuart and Robert Young, Directors, craving the court inter alia that Comas (Company Number SC363674) having its Registered Office and place of business at 188-192 Pleasance, Edinburgh, EH8 9RT (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that in the meantime Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2nd Floor, Excel House, Semple Street, Edinburgh be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor of 5th November 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; and appointed the said Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Craig to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with inter alia the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
