"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul William Harding (IP No. 6310) and Michelle Gillian Breslin (IP No. 9579) both of tri group, Leges House, 53-55 Southbourne Grove, Southbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH6 3QU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
