NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the Company are convening a meeting of creditors to be held at Smart Insolvency Solutions Ltd, 1 Castle Street, Worcester WR1 3AA on 29 November 2017 at 11.30 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator and for the purpose provided for in section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The prescribed proportion of creditors have requested a physical meeting under Section 246ZE(3) and therefore the previous intended decision procedure has been superseded.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at this physical meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. Creditors wishing to vote at the physical meeting must (unless they are individual creditors in person) lodge their proxy with the convener before the meeting.

Proofs must be lodged at Smart Insolvency Solutions Ltd, 1 Castle Street, Worcester WR1 3AA by 4.00 p.m. on the business day before the meeting.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to Smart Insolvency Solutions Ltd, 1 Castle Street, Worcester WR1 3AA by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.
