Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 11 October 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Gordon Stoneman (IP No. FSC0978FSA) of Kroll (Gibraltar) Ltd, 3rd Floor Montarik House, Bedlam Court, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA and Robert John Armstrong (IP No. 21332) of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

The creditors ratified the appointment of the Joint Liquidators via the deemed consent procedure on 27 October 2022.
