Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 23 September 2022, as a Special Resolution (1) and Ordinary Resolutions (2) and (3):

(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily;

(2) That Simon Rowe and Richard Warwick of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2UH be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up; and

(3) That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any of the persons for the time being holding such office.
