"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Patrick Alexander Lannagan (IP No. 009590) and Conrad Alexander Pearson (IP No. 014732) both of Mazars LLP, One St Peters Square, Manchester, M2 3DE be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
