“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Georgina Marie Eason (IP No. 9688) and Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) both of MHA MacIntyre Hudson LLP, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
