"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Robson (IP No. 11032) of Bridge Newland Ltd, The Stables, 2 Hilmorton Wharf, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 4PW be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
