WE GIVE NOTICE that Shane Crooks (IP number: 15110) and Mark Shaw (IP number: 8893) both of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Companies on 10 May 2019. All debts and claims should be sent to us at BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool L2 5RH.

If creditors have not already delivered a proof of debt, they are invited to prove their claims by post or email to us, failing which they will be excluded from any dividend. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.

Creditors with a claim for a small debt (ÂŁ1,000 or less) should submit their claim in writing in order to vote, but not for dividend purposes. Such creditors are treated as proved and no proof of debt is required unless the amount is incorrect.
