At a General Meeting of the company duly convened and held at 29 Lixmount Avenue, Edinburgh, EH5 3EW, on 24 February 2021, at 5.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Gardiner (IP No. 9488) of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8PB be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
