NOTICE TO THE CREDITORS OF AN INSOLVENT COMPANY OF THE RE-USE OF A PROHIBITED NAME

In Liquidation

On 5 April 2017 Colin and Avril Limited (t/a Card Outlet) went into insolvent liquidation.

Colin Morgan of Tyn Y Coed Garreg Boeth, Rydymwyn, Mold Flintshire, CH7 5HP was a director of the above named company during the 12 months ending with the date Colin and Avril Limited (t/a Card Outlet) went into liquidation.

Colin Morgan, gives notice that it is his intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Colin and Avril Limited (t/a Card Outlet) under the name of C & Cerdyn Limited (trading as Card Outlet) (Company Number 10445807).

Colin Morgan would not otherwise be permitted to undertake the above referred to activities without the leave of the court or the application of an exception created by Rules made under the Insolvency Act 1986.

Breach of the prohibition created by section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986 is a criminal offence.

As set out in rule 22.5 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 the effect of issuing this notice under rule 22.4(2) of the Insolvency Rules 2016 is that Colin Morgan will not be taken to have contravened section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986 as service of this notice has been given by him to every creditor of Colin and Avril Limited (t/a Card Outlet) whose name and address is known by Colin Morgan whose name and address was ascertainable and ascertained by the making of such enquiries as were reasonable in the circumstances prior to Colin Morgan acting in accordance with his intentions as detailed above.
