"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Mary Brittain (IP No. 9000) and Matthew John Waghorn (IP No. 009432) both of Wilkins Kennedy, Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
