Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 7 October 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Clive Morris of Marshall Peters Limited, Heskin Hall Farm, Wood Lane, Heskin, Preston, PR7 5PA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.” Please note that at a physical meeting which was held virtually in line with the current UK Government guidelines at 12:30pm on the 7 October 2021, the Creditors of the Company nominated Andrew Watling and Paul Zalkin of Quantuma Advisory Limited to act as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and as a result of the voting, Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) and Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ are the Joint Liquidators of the Company.

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Andrew Watling, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ.
