A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 05657569) of Ground Floor, Blenheim Terrace, Leeds LS2 9JG, presented on 19th January 2017 by MK BUSINESS SUPPORT LIMITED, JWS Hopper Hill Road, Eastfield, Scarborough YO11 3YS, (the petitoner) claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Leeds District Registry, Chancery Division, Leeds Combined Count Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 14 March 2017 at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
