At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Hertfordshire EN5 5TZ on 10 April 2019, at 11.30 am, the following resolutions was duly passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Joylan Sunnassee (IP No. 10470) of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Hertfordshire, EN5 5TZ be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
