At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at The Offices of Leonard Curtis, 6th Floor, Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool, L2 3YL on 7 October 2020 at 10:30 am, the following Resolutions were passed, the first as a Special Resolution, the second and third as Ordinary Resolutions:-

1 That the Company be and it is hereby wound up voluntarily.

2 That Lisa Ion and David Moore of Leonard Curtis, 6th Floor, Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool L2 3YL be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company.

3 That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office.
