Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Director of the above-named Company (the ‘convener') is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of Joint Liquidators by way of a physical meeting. A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered passed 7 October 2020. The physical meeting will be held at the offices of Leonard Curtis, 6th Floor, Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool L2 3YL on 7 October 2020 at 11.00 am. Please note that due to the current government guidance with regards to COVID-19, creditors are invited to attend the physical meeting by remote attendance only. To participate in the meeting, creditors will need to use Zoom meeting ID 820 7424 6710 and passcode 068246.

As a result of the requirement to hold this physical meeting the original deemed consent procedure is superseded. The Director has discretion to permit remote attendance (meaning attending and being able to participate in the meeting without being in the place where it is being held).

A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge. Please email your request for a copy of this list to Alison.mclauchlan@leonardcurtis.co.uk during business hours between 4 October 2020 to 6 October 2020

A creditor may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A proxy for a specific meeting must be delivered to the chair before the meeting. Proxies may be delivered to the offices of Leonard Curtis, 6th Floor, Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool L2 3YL or by email to Alison.mclauchlan@leonardcurtis.co.uk

In order to be counted a creditor’s vote must be accompanied by a proof in respect of the creditor’s claim (unless it has already been given). A vote will be disregarded if a creditor’s proof in respect of their claim is not received by 4pm on 16 October 2020 (unless the chair of the meeting is content to accept the proof later).
