“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Craig Povey, of CVR Global LLP, 2nd Floor, 3 Brindleyplace, Birmingham B1 2JB and Charles Turner, of CVR Global LLP, 20 Furnival Street, London, EC4A 1JQ, (IP Nos. 9665 and 9195) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
