A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Owthorne Manor, 2 Hubert St, Withernsea, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU19 2AT, presented on 28 September 2017 by EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL, of Cross Street, County Hall, Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU17 9BA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 20 November 2017 at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
