Notice is hereby given that on 27th January 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that Coast to Coast Property Developments Ltd, with its Registered Office at Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 27th January 2020 ordained the said Coast to Coast Property Developments Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
