A Special Resolution "That the company be wound up voluntarily."

and an Ordinary Resolution "That LAURENCE RUSSELL (IP No 9199) of Albert Goodman LLP, Leanne House, 6 Avon Close, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 9UX be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up."
