Notice is hereby given that on 1 February 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Tain by Coast & Glen Limited, a company having its registered offices at Unit 1/2 Fyrish Way, Teaninich Industrial Estate, Alness, IV17 0PJ (“the Company”), craving the Court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and that a Provisional Liquidator and an Interim Liquidator be appointed in which Petition the Sheriff at Tain by Interlocutor dated 1 February 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Tain, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given, and meantime, appointed Alexander Iain Fraser, Insolvency Practitioner, of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2B, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen AB10 1UD to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company and authorised her to exercise the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
