At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 35 Westgate, Huddersfield, HD1 1PA on 21 May 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Paul Philmore (IP No. 9098) of Philmore & Co Ltd, Unit 11, Dale Street Mills, Dale Street, Longwood, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD3 4TG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
