A Petition to wind up the above-named company of CMF Traffic Ltd (11280741) of 14 Barrow Way, Dinnington, Sheffield S25 3AB, whose nature of business is 52219- Other service activities incidental to land transportation, n.e.c., presented on Monday 31 October 2022, at 10:00 by ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR UK LIMITED, of Enterprise House, Vicarage Road, Egham TW20 9FB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 13 December 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Monday 12 December 2022
